ESG Strategy — Our Corporate DNA
TRIO has partnered with First Climate to walk a low carbon growth path and achieve its ESG objectives. At TRIO, we have embed environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into our day to day operations, which reflects our commitment to our buyers, supply chain, financers, shareholders and employees. TRIO’s supply chain consists of hundreds of people who help us produce our collections. While they are not directly employed by us, they are part of who we are. We at TRIO aspire to create and maintain a sustainable supply chain.
At TRIO, we dedicatedly map GHG emissions from our operations. TRIO seriously addresses the climate crisis and is committed to reduce its carbon emission intensity. We have started transitioning to green energy and set up our first solar rooftop project in one of our facilities. By replacing non- renewable energy with green energy, TRIO plans to further reduce its carbon footprint. TRIO has envisioned a full transformation of its offices and units to green energy in the coming years.
We are focused on optimizing energy and water consumption, while minimizing waste and promoting recycling where we can. Incorporation of new technologies, innovations and employee engagements drive our cause. Over the years we have been focused on reducing waste generation at every stage and constantly innovate ways for Circularity, we try and find ways to up-cycle and recycle our products, reimagining fashion.
Sustainable use of fresh water is a critical foundation for healthy lives and a healthy planet. We, here at TRIO take it as one of our goals to transform the ways in which we use and manage water. While our process uses minimal water, we are dedicated to Recycle & Reuse water. We are committed to preserve ground water and implement rain water harvesting in our facilities. TRIO Group aspires to share the harvested rain water with the local community as a part of its CSR initiatives.

E-WASTE MANAGEMENT
At TRIO GROUP (TRIO TREND EXPORTS PVT LTD & YAMAI FASHIONS PVT LTD), we understand that our responsibility doesn’t end at selling you our products. TRIO GROUP (TRIO TREND EXPORTS PVT LTD & YAMAI FASHIONS PVT LTD) has been working in the area of safe disposal of electronic waste. This thought is supported by our global policy, as well the legislation passed by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF) (called E-waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 2016), which came into effect from 1st Oct 2016.
• TRIO GROUP (TRIO TREND EXPORTS PVT LTD & YAMAI FASHIONS PVT LTD) will seek shared responsibility and cooperation from customers in reducing the environmental impact of their products.
• TRIO GROUP (TRIO TREND EXPORTS PVT LTD & YAMAI FASHIONS PVT LTD) will comply with all the applicable laws related to e-waste management Rules 2016.
As part of the e-waste recycling initiative, TRIO GROUP (TRIO TREND EXPORTS PVT LTD & YAMAI FASHIONS PVT LTD) has empanelled E WASTE RECYCLERS INDIA authorised by Haryana Pollution Control Board, to collect, dismantle and recycle E-waste across the country.

If you want to handover your old products then you need to call our Toll free no 1800-102-5679. Our Customer Care Executives will explain to you about the process of disposal and will share the nearest e-waste drop point location or arrange door step collection by our reverse logistic team to channelize the same to our e-waste partner plant for the final processing.

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to persist our efforts to curtail the same have also been amplified.
